ADMINISTRATIVE PORTFOLIO SPECIALIST                                                                                                                                                                                                          

FEIC Financial is currently accepting resumes for the position of Administrative Portfolio Specialist to join our current team of professionals. This position is responsible for providing our clients with support in the management of their financial plan and more specifically their investment portfolio.  You will assist our clients in achieving their goals and objectives by utilizing their risk tolerance, current age, retirement date and need for income from their portfolio both in the present and in their future at retirement.   

 

Job Description: 

 

  • To ensure the highest level of customer service and provide professional and courteous service to all clients
  • Create and prepare recommendations based on the clients needs and present them to our financial planners
  • Complete allocations/reallocations of investments including mutual funds, annuities and variable life
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports for all clients
  • Research and have vast knowledge of investment vehicles which may be used in client portfolios
  • Abide by the rules and regulations of FINRA and the SEC
  • This is a full time position that reports directly to the President of the firm

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • An understanding of, and interest in, financial and investment instruments
  • Strong computer and software skills - ACT experience preferred
  • Well organized
